RMIT UNIVERSITY: TRIPS PROGRAM
RMIT Trips is a program at RMIT University that offers students subsidised trips and tours to explore Melbourne and Victoria. Trips include day tours to iconic destinations in Victoria, food tours around Melbourne and its suburbs, Melbourne based day tours, active tours, and creative trips.
I managed the RMIT Trips social media and marketing – Instagram and Facebook. I grew the Instagram from 400 followers to 1025 in three months, grew the Facebook following by 10%, introduced paid Facebook advertising, sent regular EDMs using Campaign Monitor with 50%+ open rates, and created an engaged community on all platforms. This growth led to all trips being sold out by the end of Semester two.
